Your safety and care are important, and we encourage you to get in touch if needed.
A follow-up appointment may be recommended after treatment to assess your response and determine if any further management is appropriate. The timing of this review will vary depending on the treatment performed.
Ageing affects not just the skin, but also the intricate layers beneath it. Over time, the skin becomes thinner, less elastic, and more prone to fine lines and wrinkles. It may lose radiance as cell turnover slows and collagen levels decline.
Beneath the surface, deeper structural changes occur. Subcutaneous tissue, facial muscles, and deep fat pads reduce, while superficial fat may shift downward, contributing to changes in facial contours. Bone structure also evolves — the eye sockets widen, the bones around the mouth change, and the angle of the jaw may flatten, contributing to the features associated with ageing.
These changes are a natural part of life. There are a range of approaches that may support skin quality and facial structure, with treatment tailored for you.
